Nice clean property mainly as new fittings and fixtures
Tricky to find for late arrivals and check-ins - do read the message sent to you prior to arrival (I missed it and so was unaware of specific arrival process)

Fantastic location- quiet but a short walk to a hive of fantastic restaurants.
Great size for 3 of us.
Free street parking.
The bathroom could use a little hand basin and a more comfortable toilet.
Lane way door entrance was difficult to open/close, just needed a little more muscle.

Good location and clean space
Unable to connect phone to tv and no streaming services logged in so could only use YouTube. Left it too late to log in to streaming services so just used our phone.

Great location, private, clean, warm, close to bus links.
Only a kitchenette- no cook top or oven, small fridge- yet big enough for same-just tea and toast and M/W. Probably because kitchenette is next to bathroom/ toilet- with plastic door only dividing , no hand basin or mirror in bathroom, had to wash hands in kitchen sink- shaving difficult. Could easily be fixed - move kitchen down stairs.
