Friendly hosts, who had prepared the apartment well in advance of our arrival - including a few essential supplies. Quick to answer minor queries by text throughout our stay, and making sure we were aware of a local free event happening whilst we were there.
Beds and settees were very comfortable, great showers.
Pleasant garden with an outdoor table for our exclusive use.
Because it is a basement apartment, it was rather humid.

John and Lynn were exceptional hosts during our stay. The basement apartment was well located - if you enjoy walking, the beach is nearby with some great beach cafes. The decor was modern and each bedroom had its own bathroom- there was just two of us so spacious enough but not sure how this would work for four if you were self catering. with a galley kitchen.
The only downside was the parking. The hosts kindly organised a residents permit before arrival, however each evening it was difficult to find a parking space nearby if you needed to unload. We did book in a busy August period so probably expected that street parking would be a challenge.
