The apartment was a great stay for a week, very close to a bus stop which was great for us students having to go to the University in the city centre. The beds were really big, more than enough space for two people. There were plenty of towels, even toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. The kitchen was enough to cook some meals. Also the stafd was so nice and always replied incredibly fast :)
Not their fault, but you can hear neighbours in terms of conversations and steps and closing doors. However, with earplugs or headphones the problem was solved.

Great place to stay!
Arrived a family of 4. The place is organized, very clean, well equipped with all we needed, friendly and responsive staff. Location was very good near supermarket and coffee shops. Very recommended
Missing air conditioning but there are strong fans instead.

Superappartement, vriendelijke en gedienstige host. Heel proper lekkere koffie, vlakbij de mooie, uitdagende stad Lugano...
Een airco had het afgemaakt, maar de ventilators aan plafond en op de grond deden wat ze moesten doen.
