The ease of checking in and the van itself
Just a little bit further out from sandown but we knew that when booking

The lodge was clean and very well presented. It's on the edge of the park, rather than in the middle, so you're not totally surrounded by other people.
Some of he kitchen appliances are a bit basic and dated.
