Lovely quiet neighbourhood with a really short walk to the high street with plenty of nice cafes etc. Parking at the property was easy. The property itself was beautifully clean and nicely decorated - very cosy and comfortable. We didn't make use of the little kitchen area other than to make tea/coffee but it was well equipped if you needed to cook. In all, a very pleasant place to stay.
It's a converted attic space so comes with inevitable sloping and low ceilings in places. The bathroom in particular might pose problems for tall people! Nothing you can't work around with a little ducking here and there though!

This property is within walking distance of central Beeston with so many great cafes and restaurants nearby. Being able to park my car on the driveway was a bonus and Chris was really helpful.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat as the property is so clean, spacious and comfortable.
Only coffee was provided, no teabags or sugar. Maybe some shampoo, conditioner or shower gel would be useful. One of the black out blinds seemed to have come away from its fitting, it didn’t let much light in so this is more feedback.

Clean, fresh, very handy for Beeston, good temperature and had heating or air con if needed. I'm 6' 3" and managed with the angled roof.
Nothing I didn't like. Oddly the kitchen tap hot and cold was the wrong way around, not an issue. I forgot to check if there was an ironing board as didn't notice one.

Great little attic studio in a very central location. Of road parking. Well provisioned with tea, coffee, washing liquid, towels and soaps.
Nothing. Perfect for our needs.
