Lovely clean little apartment. Location good. All amenities provided are in excellent condition. 20mins to city in good traffic, saves staying in the CBD for concerts and stuff.
The beds are the worst I've ever slept in. Nothing is harder. Recommend replacing mattresses because there is no give. The Mattress toppers do not do the job. Have sore back hips and shoulders now.
No air circulation upstairs. I would put in a second aircon.
Tv/internet is useless. We weren't there to watch tv but for downtime for kids, non existent.

Was really great, we all had our own spaces, the kitchen was good, i needed it to finish off some cake decorating, and to bake cookies.
Only 1 tea towel. That's a minor issue though.

Easy communication, exactly as described, and extremely neat and clean! Lovely stay!
The beds were a little hard, not a big deal really but they could do with a topper. Parking spaces are also a squeeze, but that really comes with the territory of any multi-building complex; just something to be mindful of.

Tidy and well presented unit. Excellent amenities, and a very comfortable space for the family. Washing machine and dryer was an added bonus.
All three upstairs bedrooms get very hot in the evenings, but there was only one fan. Suggest a fan be added into all bedrooms during the summer months.
