Loved the cottage. The property was still under construction.
The staff was wonderful and helpful. It was serene and peaceful.
Although the description was little misleading. All the cottage have balcony, but there were options for no balcony cottage and they were charged less.
The hotel does not respect the conditions given in booking.com. The marketing staff called and asked us to pay 50% non refundable amount. While we still had few days to cancel the booking. And they also initiated the cancelation on our behalf without permission
