The staff helped us arrange a group island-hopping tour during our stay. They were friendly and explained the booking details clearly, so we knew what to expect. They also arranged a private pickup directly from the hotel entrance, which was very convenient for us. We didn't need to find another pickup location or worry about getting there on time. The driver arrived as planned, and everything went smoothly.

The room had a lovely bay view, and it was nice to have such a peaceful view from the window. The soundproofing was also very good, so the room stayed quiet even when there was activity outside. Our grandparents slept well every night, which was important for us. The room was comfortable for the whole family and gave us a good place to relax after sightseeing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and worked well for our family trip.
