Foxtrail Sector 60 - AM Hotel Kollection, Gurgaon

Foxtrail exceeded our expectations on every count. We enjoyed the basic, standard double room, which was more than adequate for us as a couple with no children. The room was not only accurate relative to the photos posted, but it was extremely clean and outfitted with tasteful décor and bonus luxuries such as built in bidet (in addition to hand held), two shower heads with one hand held and changeable modes and backlit bathroom mirror with changeable settings for makeup application. The floors were carpeted and quiet and the staff were truly a pleasure to engage, from security to the desk staff to the cleaners, everyone was friendly, welcoming and very professional. Staff were truly exceptional and a standout of our experience at hotel.

We have no complaints about our stay and look forward to returning in the future because we enjoyed the facilities so much during our stay. Thank you to the staff for making our experience enjoyable.

Отель отлично расположен. Приветливый персонал на рецепшене особенно Шанкар Ядав и девушка, не помню имени. Хороший ресторан. Хорошие просторные номера. Всегда горячая вода.

Не очень удачный душ, вода разливается по всей ванной комнате. Но это тоже можно отрегулировать.

It’s a new and beautiful hotel, everything was working great . The staff was super nice and everyone was helpful even with my super late check in . Will definitely use the same hotel next time I visit.
