Great location and a host who was committed to making things right.Unfortunately there was a lot to improve. The place was disordered. The outside area (which we wanted and needed to use) was very dirty. The trash and recycling bins were overflowing with waste. The listing did not live up to expectations. This is more of a galley kitchen than a gourmet kitchen (no dishwasher, no seating area of any kind, very limited counter space). The ceilings are very low (a tall friend who was going to stay with us hit his head badly, twice, on the top of a doorway, and decided to find other accommodations). All that said, if the host does a few things towards upkeep this place has good features--the yard and gazebo were wonderful once cleaned up (by us), and the fact that Whole Foods is about a 3 minute walk away is a plus!
