My friends and I did our annual summer girls' trip, and this was a great place to stay! There were 8 of us, so everyone had their own room (my sister and I shared). It was easy to find and check in/access the units. This was an excellent location as well, and we were able to visit museums and check out some bars/restaurants easily.We only had two minor issues. One was with the parking. My one friend who drove had a difficult time fitting her car into the spot without moving the trash cans further into the alley. We did get reprimanded by a neighbor about it. The other issue was a porch/street light that was visible from one of the basement apartment windows. I think a curtain would make a huge difference in keeping the room dark enough for sleeping.Other than that, we had no complaints. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the host was very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to any friends coming to DC.
