The condo was beautiful! Loved waking up with the view of the ocean from the balcony. The kitchen was great with everything you need to cook a meal for your family.

The condo was well represented in the pictures. There were a few flaws, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. I think a few updates would improve this condo substantially. The washer/dryer is incredibly small and needs to be replaced with a unit that can wash and dry at the same time. Also, it can only wash 3 to 4 towels at the most, so we had to do roughly 3 loads every day. Because of this, I don't think the bedding is being properly washed. The sheets were not fresh, and all of the pillows smelled of terrible sweat. My daughter and I had to go to Walmart to buy pillows to use. The kitchen is beautiful, but please consider stocking up with more tools. Measuring spoons (I only found teaspoons, no tablespoons), storage containers with lids, updated cookie sheets (they were already a mess and I chose to not cook on them), roasting pans, cake trays, etc. I did buy the unit a pizza tray because we needed it on our stay.The sliding glass door in the family room does not close all the way or lock. Since the unit is on the 3rd floor, we were not worried for our safety, but these doors should be fixed to properly lock.Also, the toilet makes a high pitch noise when you flush. It wasn't a huge bother, but something to consider fixing.Besides these few changes I have listed, the unit is well taken care of, LOVELY, and we had a wonderful time! We didn't use the pools because they were packed, but the beach is very easy to get to and the provided chairs are a huge benefit.

The location is perfect. The view in the balcony were great. The access for my 86 year old mom could not have been better. No matter where your condo was, the elevator was not far away. The condo however, was dirty. When you walked in the smell of Fabuloso was overpowering. I do believe they wiped all the surfaces in the kitchen down and the bathroom. They said they were focused on Covid and killing germs. The vents were covered in dust, the area rug in the living room was gross. It was so brown and matted. When I called to complain, they did come and dust right away. They offered to remove the rug, however that would have left us with just a tile floor and we were afraid my mom would slip. We just made sure we wore our shoes or socks at all times. Several of our utensils were rusted, which I understand happens when you’re at the beach, but they needed to be replaced. Thankfully, my mom brought her pillow, but my sister and I had to go to Walmart and purchase pillows because the ones in the condo smelled like bad breath and had yellow stains on them. When I talked to Bill, he said 4 times if I wanted to stay at the four seasons, I should have booked at the four seasons. Quite honestly, I did not want to stay at the four seasons. This place could have been perfect if it was just clean. I will note that we did get this condo at a good price because we booked it last minute. Had we paid full price I would have been very upset.
