The property is situated in the idyllic village of Krmed, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches and clear, turquoise waters of the Adriatic. Relaxing days at Mon Perin beach (a 17-minute drive) are particularly recommended.

For everyday essentials, the nearby town of Svetvinčenat (a 9-minute drive) offers the nearest supermarket and several excellent restaurants serving traditional Istrian cuisine. The town also features a Renaissance church and the impressive ruins of Grimani Castle.
