On one side of the living room is the primary bedroom with a comfy queen bed. There is a sliding door out to the patio from this bedroom or just be lazy and enjoy the view from bed! A large ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a walk in shower is perfect for added privacy. On the other side of the living room is another bedroom with a queen bed. This bedroom also has a view of the river! A bath that opens to the bedroom and to the hallway is attached. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer for your convenience. The patio is an extension of the living room where you can sit and watch the activity on the river, enjoy your favorite beverage or relax and read a good book.

With wind-swept coastal sand dunes and the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area this is perfect for those dune enthusiasts with ATV's or for someone who wants to try sandboarding, Florence is also a prime spot for fishing, crabbing, clamming, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and golf.
