A holiday home designed for space, privacy and slow living

Villa Rosa is a spacious holiday home located in Presika, a peaceful residential area above Labin, surrounded by greenery, flowers and complete calm.
The house offers generous indoor living areas, large outdoor spaces, a heated pool and carefully designed areas for dining, relaxing and spending time together. Whether you’re swimming, cooking, reading or simply enjoying the silence, everything is designed to help you slow down and feel at home.
What truly sets Villa Rosa apart is its location. Unlike most holiday homes, here you don’t need a car for every outing. In just five minutes on foot, you reach Labin Old Town — with its historic streets, cafés, restaurants, galleries and evening atmosphere — and then return to total peace and privacy.
