Located in the highly sought-after Canyon Palms neighborhood of South Palm Springs, this home is just minutes from world-class golf, hiking trails, upscale dining, and Smoketree Village—offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.
Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog-Friendly Stay (up to 1 dog/stay)
One well-behaved dog is welcome with prior approval. For the comfort of all guests and to protect the home, puppies under one (1) year of age are not permitted. Dog must be house-trained and not left unattended in the home or yard.
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89 fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $200 fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.

Wake up every morning and see the San Jacinto mountains and hummingbirds chasing around while you sip coffee. In the evening the high wispy clouds put on a natural light show. Inside 1311 Fuego Circle we have a love affair with the kitchen. A long white marble counter serves as a prep area and breakfast bar. The Wolf range is a joy. The Miele coffee machine produces barista quality cups. The cutlery and utensils are more extensive than any house we have ever rented. After cooking, there is a media room for a movie on the larger-than-life screen. The primary bedroom is nearly a house itself, certainly larger than many NYC apartments. The electric-driven shades keep the room dark until it is time to watch the hummingbirds again. What could be missing? The pool is uninviting: it looks murky and the jacuzzi was unreliable. The Tiki bar, while cute, seems to breed mosquitoes. The outdoor furniture is uncomfortable and unsightly. There is no table for a proper breakfast. The management of the property started off very responsive; they allowed us to check in a day early when we had to change our arrival. However at times we were left grumbling. But no one can grumble for long during a Palm Springs spring.
