Welcome to Ode to the Cow, a small-scale Bed & Breakfast offering peace, space and an authentic countryside experience. Our B&B is located in a lovingly renovated former barn, surrounded by wide open farmland, close to Giethoorn and Weerribben-Wieden National Park.

This comfortable accommodation for 2 guests is available for stays from 1 night and is ideal for guests looking for tranquillity, comfort and accessibility.
Calm Scandinavian-style bedroom
Two separate, spacious electrically adjustable box-spring beds
Seating area, TV and free Wi-Fi
Tilt-and-turn window with insect screen and linen curtains
Accessible en-suite bathroom
The en-suite bathroom is fully equipped for guests with reduced mobility:

Shower seat and support rails

From here you can easily visit the historic Zuiderzee towns of Urk and Vollenhove, the Hanseatic city of Kampen, explore Giethoorn, or discover the unique nature of Weerribben-Wieden National Park. Learn more about the region’s history at Schokland Museum and Nagele Museum.
