This level also has a generous kitchen, fully equipped, with all major appliances and a guest cloakroom. A second staircase leads to sunny master bedroom overlooking the swimming pool, with an ensuite shower room, accompanied by 2 further twin/double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The final staircase leads to the superb roof terrace with its panoramic views, offering a perfect haven for sunworshippers, or a place to dine under the stars.



This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The townhouse is on 4 levels and has 3 internal staircases. Private parking is available in the private garage, or on street is required, without a charge. The walk into town is around 15 minutes, please note however that access is by stairs from the complex to the riverside which may not be ideal for elderly or walking difficulties.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
