Tree-lined streets, charming historic homes, and a strong community vibe meet modern energy, all while being incredibly central.

♥ You're just a short walk, bike ride, or quick drive to:
✔ Fountain Square — Indy's funky cultural district bursting with eclectic bars, live music, vintage shops, duckpin bowling, tiki lounges, street art, and festivals.
✔ Bottleworks District — A dazzling mixed-use hotspot in a repurposed Art Deco bottling plant, packed with top-rated restaurants, a lively food hall (The Garage), boutique shopping, craft cocktails, and events.
✔ Downtown Indianapolis — Home to major sports venues like Gainbridge Fieldhouse (Pacers & Fever), Lucas Oil Stadium (Colts), and more — catch games, concerts, or conventions with ease.
Plus easy access to Garfield Park, Mass Ave nightlife, the Cultural Trail for biking/walking, and endless dining options.
