Welcome to Arthaus, a thoughtfully renovated Savannah home that has been lovingly restored to showcase its original beauty while embracing refined, modern design. Just two blocks from Forsyth Park, Arthaus is a residence so beautifully curated it could be featured in the pages of a design magazine—and it’s exactly where you’ll want to stay while experiencing Savannah.

What We Love About Arthaus:

Impeccable Design & Finishes: Every inch of Arthaus has been designed with intention. From conversation-starting artwork and striking furniture pieces to the carefully selected materials throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, the home embodies subtle luxury and elevated taste without feeling overdone.

Ample Space for Gathering: Spanning two levels, the entire first floor is dedicated to entertaining and connection. The front sitting room is an inviting place to relax with a book or unwind after a day in the city. Beyond that, a second gathering space offers generous seating, a large smart TV, and a cozy bistro table. Across the hall, guests will find a custom wet bar complete with a wine fridge, beverage fridge, sink, and everything needed to craft cocktails with ease.

A Chef-Worthy Kitchen: Bright, airy, and beautifully finished, the kitchen is a dream for those who love to cook. Top-of-the-line appliances and a built-in breakfast nook make it perfect for both casual mornings and home-cooked dinners.

Private Outdoor Courtyard: Outdoor space like this is a rarity in Savannah. Arthaus features a spacious courtyard with elegant pavers and thoughtful landscaping—ideal for alfresco dining or evening gatherings. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a meal under the open sky.

Upstairs, guests will find two spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and rest. The primary suite features a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, an incredible walk-in shower, and an original clawfoot tub that adds timeless character. Just off the landing is the hallway bathroom, equally refined with spa-like finishes and an oversized walk-in shower. Toward the front of the home, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, and a wardrobe to accommodate all of your belongings.
