Love the location, the aesthetic and decor was super cute and cohesive, and the neighbors were all kind and a few ladies were just super sweet to talk with.
There were some minor maintenance issues and sometimes in the building you could smell animal urine from when they couldn’t make it outside. It does seem people make an effort to try to clean up things quickly, but due to all of the animals, a pet smell has permeated everything.
