The apartment was comfortable and spacious, done up tastefully.
The building doesn’t have an elevator and we were assigned the top most floor, which was quite painful since we had heavy luggage to carry up. Also in the peak summer heat, the top floor was frightfully hot.

Great ameneties; everything was well stocked
Clean and very spacious
Great if you’re looking for a self contained apartment-style hotel. No housekeeping but this was not a problem for us.
Maybe issues with disability accessibility if you are staying above the first floor - narrow stairway with no elevator/escalator option

Beautifully designed space that felt much larger than a typical Japanese city apartment. Loved the small thoughtful extras, premium hair dryers, toiletries, lightings, and a hot tub. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and check-in was smooth.
