We loved the position of the Villa Everything is 10 mins away by car the most beautiful beach is walking distance with good space for parking, if you need to use the car like I do. Do take out the extra damage cover when hiring the car, the roads are narrow in Sardinia with lots of scratchy vegetation growing onto them!
We discovered the Spin supermarket in Santa Teresa it has everything we needed plus lots of interesting local products.
The villa has almost all of the things we needed during our stay.
We made greatful use of the beach umbrella and mats.
For the last few evenings we used the AC it's very efficient.
The kitchen has lots of pans and utensils.
As we like to make the most of a Villa, we prepare the majority of our own food, the kitchenette is very small. It really needs a microwave and toaster.
We could all feel the springs in our mattress.
It took us several days to discover that everything happens in or around the main square in Santa Teresa. Some info on the local area would be great, with some recommendations on what to visit.

Het is in een wat meer afgelegen deel van Santa Teresa. De rit er naartoe is best wat uitdagend maar goed te doen. Het is een geschakelde woning, wat ouder en je hebt inderdaad zicht op zee. Als de buren thuis zijn (nu niet) kijk je wel bij elkaar op het terras. Op 10 min wandelen kom je bij strandje Porto Quadro, prachtig en super rustig. Erg enthousiaste host die veel tips geeft. We verbleven hier 6 dagen. Auto is wel een absolute must!
Sommige foto's op booking kloppen niet. Lijkt wel AI gebruikt? De keuken is erg klein met gasfornuis en percolator. Er is net voldoende kookgerij maar bijna geen ruimte. Geen koffiemachine; geen waterkoker, geen vaatwasser oid. De foto's op booking lijken nieuw (ook buiten) maar in werkelijkheid is het wel wat anders. Niet perse slecht maar wel anders. De bedden zijn erg bouncy. Wel een wasmachine.
