The Lodge was comfortable. We could cook for ourselves or eat out. Some places equipment is missing. Seating area at the back felt private overlooking the fields. Delightful wildlife swallows, goldfinches, swans, deer at dusk, rabbits and hares.
Considering we were there for a funeral. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time there.
There were 2 weddings during our stay. We weren't disturbed by them. It would be a fantastic wedding venue. Very pretty.
Amanda was very friendly and welcoming you felt she wanted you to enjoy yourself and nothing would be too much trouble.
The Internet coverage is very patchy and slow. Better at the front of the lodge.
Extractor fan in the Master bedroom of Lodge 5 didn't work.
