Won’t use booking.com again due to this scammer - I need refunded asap. Caused a lot of distress to a woman and 3 kids.

I paid for the property and was told there is no key after payment - still waiting on refund.

Waiting on refund as I didn’t get into the property.

We won't come back in this flat!!

The flat was quite large.

Host was terrible: No help. He fixed the TV once we were gone. He denied the TV was not working but you could not have access to any menus on this TV; it was said there was a connexion problem. the host said he would come to fix the TV but did not turn up..The light in one of the bathroom was not working and there was only boiling water in this bathroom. The lock of the French window was broken therefore it was possible to get into the flat from outside. It was denied by the host....but I managed to open this French window from outside therfore it was possible! Therefore it was not safe The host denied any defect in the flat; unbelievable! One of the curtain was not long enough; therefore anybody could see us inside the flat from outside at night. We mentioned it to the host. The reply was that nobody ever complained and that it was too difficult to change this curtain. It was not difficult at all; it was too late for us but would be useful for future tenants.

Great location , clean , easy to access would stay again

It was spacious and welcoming

Not enough pillows however I mentioned it to the landlord on a message who said he would certainly get some more as we used the cushions from the lounge

Great place lovely host

This property was in a great location with access to local takeaways and grocery stores. A very clean house with a welcoming vibe and great atmosphere. For the money it’s a nice place to be.

Het ruime appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien.

We misten een droogrek voor natte handdoeken. 1 kant van het tweepersoonsbed was iets doorgelegen
