Nuevo, moderno, amplio, ideal para una estancia incluso larga. Localización perfecta frente a la estación de tren.

Check-in a las 15:00 (sin posibilidad de entrar antes) y check-out a las 10:00. ¿A dónde vamos a llegar? ¿A qué nos hagan madrugar para el check-out? Pagamos un día, pero 19 horas no son 24 horas. Supongo que es legal, pero no me parece de recibo. ¿Es muy descabellado pensar que deberíamos pagar la parte proporcional a las 19 horas? Barato precisamente no es.

Central location, with a beautiful park very close by (which has a great kids playground!) and beautiful view of the lake. The accommodation is self-check-in and you need to be mindful that in order to see the padlock on the door you need to press it first (it looks black at first and then the numbers 1-9 appear). We travelled with a stroller so it's great that there is an evaluator and the hallways are spacious. Our apartment had a balcony and a fan, when you closed the windows it was nice and quiet. We appreciated all the pillows on the couch and bed, as well as the selection of teas and Nespresso. There was salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar for cooking. A little dustpan would have been useful (with a small child!).

Honestly, it was a good stay and these are only minor points to point out. The main road can be noisy, so it's good to bring earplugs. There was construction going on on the ground floor which was supposed to last until 5pm, but when we arrived at 6.35pm they were still going and it was pretty loud, however in our room we could not hear it but there was a very strange (yucky) smell hanging around the staircase, elevator and hallway. We had booked 2 rooms, and one room did not have a fan or balcony. I think consistency in terms of equipment (like a fan) would be nice, the balcony was just a great plus :) especially because it was sunny!

The fridge is not clean, it obviously has stains, also the trash bin with used plastic bottles from previous guests

Clean, a bit cheaper than Lucern itself.

Super noisy if you open the windows and you have to, because there is no AC. Parking is clearly overbooked for extra revenue.
