The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The thai food on the menu had an excellent choice and was delicious, plenty of vegetarian options which was great for me.

We absolutely love The Cross. The welcome, the beer, the food and the whole local community. This was our third stay and it feels like coming home.

It was in a good location for us. Our room was fine.
Unfortunately no food on when we were there. Filthy carpets up the hall. Was looking forward to my croissant for breakfast but it was rather stodgy and not a light flaky texture.
