We were happy with the house in general.
We see cockroaches right way in the kitchen and bedroom.

The home was located in a safe, quiet area and had plenty of space for our family. The layout was comfortable and worked well for our stay.
unfortunately, the air conditioning could not keep the home cool during the day. Even with the AC running continuously, the indoor temperature stayed around 87°F while it was over 90°F outside. It became so uncomfortable that we had to leave the house during the hottest part of the day and go to the mall just to cool off. The home only became comfortable late in the evening after the outside temperature dropped.
Additionally, my family found a cockroach under their pillow and the pot next to the coffee pot had mold in it.
