-We loved how clean the house was which was really comfortable.
-The house is tucked away in a little side street so it was quiet but still close enough to everything you need. There are 2! 7-11s nearby and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Also there is a nice cafe nearby.
-Helpful and responsive owner.
-Good value
Few minor things that can be improved:
- The location on google maps is wrong and we took a taxi there. But I should have read the owners directions.
- There’s only a fan dowstairs so it’s hard to stay there because of the heat. AC would be nice.
- No curtains dowstairs meant the house got even warmer and there is no privacy.
- No cold water in a shower which we wanted after a hot day.

The location is great and it was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There is also a balcony on the second floor, which is fun to sit in. The shower is great with a reasonable water flow, scarcely found in Koh Phangan.
There is no air conditioning on the main first floor, containing the living and dining rooms, which makes it very unpleasant to use

Reihe.
