Riad Secret De Medina

The staff was extremely helpful. We wanted to do desert trips and dinner at the riad and it was all handled very efficiently and with care. We ordered too much food for dinner the first day and had leftovers we wanted to have the next day and all of it was stored properly and reserved and warmed up again for the second dinner. Fo the desert tour, the staff walked us to the car transfer and the driver dropped us at the camp and waiting outside the whole time and was ready to go whenever we called him again. The desert camp was also very beautiful with amazing food, exceptional venue and talented fire and dance shows. The staff really goes out of their way to take care of you and make sure that your expectations are met.

We had the most wonderful stay at Riad Secret de Medina and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech! The riad is absolutely beautiful, with so much charm and character. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and a lovely place to relax after exploring the city. Being welcomed with traditional Moroccan mint tea was such a lovely touch, and the delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast served on the terrace each morning was a real highlight. A special mention must go to Jawad, who was an absolutely fantastic host. He was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and communicative throughout our stay. When we experienced an issue with a trip we had booked, Jawad went completely above and beyond to help us resolve it. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted and that we had the best possible experience. His kindness and willingness to help really made our stay extra special. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more beautiful place to stay. Thank you, Jawad, for making our time in Marrakech so memorable! We would not hesitate to recommend this riad and would absolutely love to return. If you're looking for a beautiful riad with a warm, personal welcome, this is the place to stay!

En behagelig og intim riad med gode faciliteter i en traditionel marrokansk stil. Personalet var enormt venlige og imødekommende og altid klar med en hjælpende hånd ☺️
