Price, location, basic but you get what u pay for
Lack of glasses and plates for us and tv didn’t work but we were staying for a concert anyways so wasn’t overly fussed.

Zak was so responsive even when l had to reach out a bit late due to something that we could not operate in the apartment. Left us a couple of small blankets that we had requested as back up.
Heating was not perfect, and he has promised to look into it asap before the next visitor arrives, which was another positive.

Location & clean bathroom & clean towels and bedding
The noise of road traffic, room finishings (curtains)
