apartment, clean and a perfect location
spent over a hour outside the shop where you collect keys, was given 2 codes neither of which were correct, I made many phone call not being able to speak to anyone, we were just about to go back to Waterloo and go home when a cleaner turned up with a set of keys...

Apartment was very warm and you are unable to open the windows because of sounds coming out from busy street
The parking wasn’t included in price
Very hard to find the apartment after long way walking around city and the host wasn’t responsive at all
We have booked for 3 people and the bedding was prepared only for two
There was no coffee or tea in the apartment, first time happened to me when booking, we are in 21st century…
I would not recommend this one and won’t be coming back , sorry
