1) попросили залог, о котором не предупреждали в размере 7000 бат. 2) мы должны были платить за электричество, помимо стоимости жилья 3) перед окном идет стройка 4) много муравьев

Große und saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Gut gelegen, man hat alles in der Nähe und erreicht alles gut mit dem Motorbike.

Es wird aktuell gerade hinter den Häusern gebaut, mich hat das allerdings überhaupt nicht gestört.

- Baustelle in der Nähe (dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts - die Kaution fande ich unnötig, es werden zusätzlich Strom abgerechnet, wir waren eine Woche da und es hat 240 bath gekostet, man kann auch einfach einen Euro pro Nacht drauf schlagen, dann gibt es die Thematik nicht +/- es gab einige Ameisen, das ist aber normal wenn eine Unterkunft in der Natur ist

Stayed for two months and loved it! I was a bit hesitant to book here, as I had read quite some poor reviews about the host and nearby construction works. Let me assure you: it's not even close to being as bad as some people make it out to be! Accommodation: 🏡 Great apartment. It has everything needed for a comfortable long stay. Equipped very well: beautiful bathroom, blender, coffee machine, fridge, sink in both bathroom and kitchen, AC, fan... 🤿 The swimming pool is lovely, and I pretty much always had it for myself. 🧺 The apartment does not have a washing machine, but you can do your laundry literally right across the street (+- 30 metres away at Hinnok House Service). 📸 Great sunset views from the garden (see picture below). Location: 😌 I love the fact it's located on the outskirts of the villages - nice and quiet. There's a small beach nearby, and the restaurants next door are just a-ma-zing! Within a 50-metre radius, there is a bar, two restaurants, a massage place, a laundry place, a gym... 🏍️ Some reviews mention the busy traffic on the nearby road, I don't really understand where those remarks come from. Sure you have the occasional scooter and taxi passing by, but it's really not like there's a highway right next door. 🚴 I got around by bicycle, and the location was ideal for that. 🔨 Yes, there is nearby construction, but I really did not find it all that disturbing. The noise was, to me, very much within acceptable levels. The reality is that there is a construction site on every other street on the island, so there's a good chance you will run into this at other accommodations as well. Unless you are planning to spend 24h of your day next to the swimming pool, there's a good chance you won't be bothered by it! Hosts: 🤩 They have been great from the beginning until the end. They are super responsive to any questions or requests and are all very kind people.

🦟 It's difficult to keep the mosquitos outside (there are some gaps between the doors). I recommend you bring or buy a mosquito net to hang over your bed, to not be bothered at night.

It was ok

The bed was horribly hard. The added toaster was nice but cleaning plates was annoying as we had to use the small sink In the bathroom

The bungalow was very clean. Pool was also nice and clean and the manager is very nice and polite. The view from the balcony was magic and nice bars are able to reach without scooter.

The heater for warm water was defect, so it was only 0 or 100% possible. But that's just one tiny little thing in the great time I had there.

The location would have been good, if it weren't for the major construction side directly in front of the Ban Sabai apartments. They were breaking heavy stones and cutting trees almost our entire stay. Hence, instead of enjoying relaxed time in the apartment, we had to escape on most days, because the noise was just unbearable.

The apartment was clean and sufficiently equipped. However, the host is just shockingly unfriendly and rude. When we were asking, why it is not listed anywhere that things that are normally included in the price (especially since we booked for almost 1 month), such as toilet paper, fresh towels or room service all cost extra, the lady who owns the place reacted harsh but claimed that normally she would have such a list in the apartments, just in our case it would have gone missing. We then wrote a message to the booking.com customer service to ask, whether it is ok to charge costs later on, that were not listed anywhere. 3 hours after we wrote that message, the lady came to our apartment with a very old Belgian men, who she introduced as her husband. She started yelling at us and literally told us, that if we were not happy with her rules, we should pack and leave. We were just shocked. Since the communication in English with her was not easy, we tried to talk to her husband, who also bluntly said that we "created a problem for them with booking.com" and could leave if we were not happy. Afterwards we heard from other guests, that she had told them the same, but as they had booked directly at the location and not over booking.com, they did not know who to refer to. They also told us, that the host did that because she would get much higher prices if guests who had booked in advance would leave and she could rent for the current prices. As the island was fully booked (high season) and we had paid the whole month in advance, we naturally did not pack and leave but stayed. But of course the feeling afterwards was anything but relaxed. To be told in "to pack & leave" simply because we asked about the pricing policy is frankly inappropriate. We were afraid after that experience to ask for anything.

The place is beautiful fully equipped house very close to the centre..we loved the bed and our balcony with pool view!!it would have been nice to have mosquito net cause we prefer sleeping with open windows rather than the ai condition!the Thai lady is kind and helpful!we will definitely go back!

Everything was perfect except the fact that the neighbours were breaking stones and building all day long not leaving us relax and sleep... The owner showed understanding but couldn't do anything about it...
