Lovely staff and good breakfast. Room was very comfortable. Very reasonable room rate.
During renovations (which we assume was a factor in the very good room rate) the appearance in places wasn’t as it could be but was to be expected. The bar and restaurant wasn’t open on the evening we stayed.

Lovely staff, the room was clean and tidy although it was one of the rooms yet to be refurbished. Dinner was fabulous.
Obviously it will be better when the accommodation has all been refurbished. Breakfast was good but the toast wasn’t sourdough - more like sliced packaged from the Coop opposite the hotel.
