The location, the staff, and the service were all excellent. The facilities were also on point, the gym, indoor pool the Foundry and Delphine were very cozy and accommodating venues.
The shower which was beautiful and spacious lacked a telephone shower handle. It would make rinsing so much easier and faster.

Not only were the facilities clean but they were beautiful! We loved all the decor and personal touches. It was only a short walk away from Picton Main Street as well. The Claramount team was also super accessible during our stay via text!
Our chairs on our balcony were a bit dirty from things falling from the trees and animals but we asked the concierge team if we could have extra towels to sit on to enjoy the balcony and they were so helpful and right on it!

Fantastic location, very quiet( woken by church bells in the morning); lovely terrace overlooking greenery with harbour in the distance. Walkable to centre of Picton via the harbour front boardwalk.

Great gym. The older part of the property is well decorated. Lots of potential overall. Close to the main drag.
The newer parts and surrounding buildings are a bit cold and soulless.
Pool wasn’t working.
Feels like it’s still a work in progress and incomplete in some ways. Going to be good
