Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment in a great location, with supermarkets and the metro nearby — just one stop from the opera. Well-equipped kitchen and washing machine.

Communication was poor. Despite emailing, messaging through Booking.com and calling before arrival for access instructions, we received no response, causing unnecessary uncertainty. We eventually reached someone on arrival for the key code and only then discovered the apartment was linked to the hostel next door. A guest information book with basic instructions for the TV, rubbish disposal etc. would be helpful. There is no elevator (48 steps) and little signage to find the apartment. It can be noisy during peak traffic and gets very hot in summer; air conditioning would be a worthwhile addition, as the two small fans were not enough. The bathroom needs towel rails and the bathtub can be slippery getting out.

We had a really amazing experience with this place! Clean, well equipped and with very supportive staff. Were happy to find this spot!
