Located in a grand old villa, just behind the seafront properties, there were distant views and glorious sunsets and you could virtually walk out the door and onto the (public) beach. Inside, the flat was fresh, bright and spacious with air conditioning throughout, bar one bedroom. It was a lovely flat in a great location, next to a local park (good for shade) and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and just under 20 minutes walk from the station.

Not a lot but there were some annoying issues: While a kettle was provided, it boiled over and leaked. We reported this but there was no attempt to rectify this by the owner. We found a second kettle which also leaked if fully filled, so used that. (We couldn't heat water up on the stove easily as it took ages.) A shower basket had been broken off and not fixed. Shower gel, listed as provided was only in limited quantities and the shower gel bottle fixed to the wall was virtually empty. And there was limited toilet paper. Not big issues but when stated as being inclusive they niggle. Finally, and not the owners fault, for the last few days of our stay, the people upstairs made a lot of noise - it sounded like a child was taking part in the Olympics given the amount of running around that could be heard. Even the trains passing behind the property seemed quiet in comparison!
