The location and view from the property were fabulous. Pool was great and very clean. Beds were all comfortable and bathrooms very nice. Very quiet and peaceful in September. Good communication by WhatsApp once we were at the property. Information about access and local restaurants and places to visit which was great. The local town, Chianni was lovely with great restaurants.

We thought the 3rd bedroom was on the ground floor but in fact it was a basement with no view and stairs down to access it. This should be made clearer in the description. Also it didn't state the pool was shared with other properties although this wasn't a problem. Worktop space was limited in the kitchen. Communication was poor before we paid as there was no reply to our messages about check-in time. This can be worrying but communication was great once we were there.

Everything, it was spacious, clean, modern, with a well equipped kitchen. The Air Con worked very well and was essential. The pool is to die for with great views across the Tuscan countryside. We also had access to a secure underground garage to pack the car in, which stopped it baking in the hot sun, another absolute bonus. The village was only a short walk away with a couple bars which also served great coffee all day. Anna’s bar also deserves a special mention as they were very accommodating enabling us to watch the World Cup while eating delicious pizzas. The village also has excellent restaurants, we can especially recommend Locanda del Gallo, it’s just across the road, the food, the service and views were spectacular.

Nothing to add here, everything was spot on. A fabulous property to explore a wonderful region.
