There is a bakery with a small coffee house in the building. The nearest public transport is a two-minute walk away. The University of the Arts, the University of Music, the city park or the Hilmteich/Leechwald recreational area can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the state hospital, the technical university and Graz city centre in 15 minutes.Contactless check-in Instead of keys, there is a combination lock so that nobody has to worry about losing the flat keys.
