Central location. 3 available bed-rooms (one being sofa bed in lounge).
There were odd steps down to kitchen and bathroom which was a hazard to one of our party, who was not so steady on their feet.

We had a lovely stay! 🥰 The place was really cosy, comfortable and in a great location, with lots of nice places nearby. The people we booked with were very helpful and responsive, especially when we had some trouble opening the door.
The only small thing we noticed was some damp under the fireplace and a little dust in some areas, which could do with some attention. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time. Thank you for having us! 🤍

Great place. Pictures don’t do the place justice it looks much better in person. Amazing central location and it’s on a close so super quiet! Went during Brighton pride and didn’t hear a thing despite being right next to a busy street. Very close to the beach and lots of shops around. Place was spotless and nicely furnished. Would recommend!
