A great spacious apartment located close to the city center, very close to a tram station and bus stops. It has everything you need during your stay, especially it was great to have breakfasts and dinners on the terrace 💖 we were greeted very warmly and received tons of restaurant recommendations which we immediately checked out and they all were amazing ☺️
Everything was great! There are a few very steep stairs up to the floor where the apartment is but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Mara is an amazing host, super friendly and helpful 😊 The apartment is newly renovated and the location is nice, just outside the city centre so you can easily find paid street parking nearby. Bear in mind that white lines in Florence means resident parking so you have to find blue lines.
The street outside the apartment is pretty busy, so if you sleep lightly and are not a morning person this might not be the apartment for you. It was no problem for us but just a heads up.
Mara was nice to give us a late check-out which was perfect for our schedule.

The apartement location is really great, close to the city center, easy parking in the street. The host is super nice and very helpful ! We really enjoyed the sunny terrace for breakfasts :)
Sometimes a little noisy due to the avenue in front of the apartment
