This is probably the best place we’ve ever stayed in. I cannot stress enough how beautiful and welcoming the house is. Leonidas is the most lovely and helpful host from beginning to end. The house has three floors with bathrooms and a tv in each one of them. The beds are extremely comfortable, there are blinds on every window and air conditioning in every room. Everything is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Leonidas transformed the basement floor into a room just for the kids, with toys and everything, they absolutely loved it. The kitchen has everything you need and appliances are very good quality. The pool is amazing, with sunbeds for everyone. The location is great, about 15 minutes from old towns and 25 from Marathi beach (great with kids). Supermarket, gas station, bakery are just around the corner. Leonidas really thought of every single detail. Do not miss this house!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a pool, sun loungers, a dining table with movable shade cover, and a convenient outdoor shower. Inside, the bedrooms were spacious with great storage, and having balconies off two of the rooms was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the inclusion of a washing machine was very helpful. It was clear the owners had put a lot of thought into every detail. The location is perfect; it’s very close to a bus stop that takes you straight into Chania, and there is dedicated parking if you have a car. While the nearby road can be a little noisy, it didn’t bother us at all. Between the convenient access to buses, supermarkets, and local bakeries/cafes, the quality of the villa, and the reasonable price, I don’t think you could ask for anything more! Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We really hope to return!
