The apt is bright and sunny.
Location is superb, restaurants and attractions all within easy walking distance
Nothing

Very central location, clean and comfortable
Towels could be upgraded and carpark QR code should be available at carpark, was a panic when we realised the QR at the carpark was not the correct one and had only 15 mins

Exactly new!
No air conditioner in bedroom, so sometimes it is cold

Great apartment, super clean (a major bonus!), spacious and in a really convenient location. Had everything we needed (incl well equipped kitchen) and worked for both a beautiful sunny day and a rainy day in.
Only slight downside was the walk to/from the carpark (in our case in the pouring rain) - not far but there's nowhere to pull up and unload/load a car.
[One minor improvement suggestion - would have done some laundry if there'd been a clothes rack, but couldn't find one.]
