Her lovely neighbours who helped us out!

Booked at short term and the booking was confirmed and money taken immediately. The numbers provided to contact her rang out. Went to the kibbutz and met her neighbours who called her. She was at dinner and said the room wasnt ready and shouldn't have been available to book. She said she wasn't about to leave the dinner and couldn't help us and would refund us. It was late and she only called us later that night to say sorry which didnt feel overly genuine given her mistake. Luckily her beautiful neighbours stepped in and called around and found another option for us that night. We would have been lost without them!
