Heritage Collection on KG - Mobile App Check-In

The staff were very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Even before arrival, they answered my questions quickly and clearly via chat. When I asked for extra facial tissues, they arranged for them to be placed in my room while I was out. They also kindly stored my two large suitcases after check-out and were flexible when I wanted to change my pick-up time. Special thanks to Jamie, Popo, Trisha & Divina, as well as everyone else on the team, for their kind support!

I had a fantastic stay at the Heritage Collection on KG, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of the staff!A special shoutout to Trisha, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was completely seamless. She was incredibly helpful and even personally brought me a toothbrush, which isn't typically provided, a small gesture that made a huge difference. Jamie and Popo were also amazing throughout my entire stay, always being attentive and ready to assist whenever needed. The staff here truly care about their guests, and their exceptional service made my trip memorable. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect honestly

The location was good and the staff was very helpful. They helped when we had issues with entering the property and room. The fact that it is in one of the old houses also brings more charm to the property.

The photos showing the room we booked did not match the room once we were there. The room was way smaller, with less space, and since I was working remotely, we were accounting for a proper separate desk space, which ended up being very small (against what was shown in the pictures). Then, since they use Digital check-in and room keys (which we appreciate), the system should work independently if you are an Android or Apple user. I am an Android user, and they mentioned they had frequent issues with Android devices. You shouldn't need to have an Apple device to be able to stay there. Luckily, my wife had one.
