The apartment was very comfortable and was right across from the Church pub. It felt so luxurious. There was a tiny amount of construction noise with the doors to the balcony open - but that really is the soundtrack of Christchurch and it was very little concern. It made no difference to our afternoon cocktail and quiet time before dinner. No noise when the doors were closed. The apartment was wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. the beds were AMAZING. Easy check in and check out. We could walk to everything. Top stuff - would book there again in a minute.

Love how close it is to everything. It was very clean. Perfect for however long you needed as it had everything.

The only thing is the lounge is very hard, it’s quite uncomfortable to sit on.

This has to be one of the best apartments we've stayed in absolutely beautiful, clean, tidy, great location fantastic price.

Good location

Arrived to sound of jack hammers working on ground floor below my room on level 2. Very loud and disruptive. If accomodation know there is possibility of construction noise they have a responsibility to inform you so you can choice to book or not. All I got was a sorry but nothing we can do. Not good enough. Also the blind was missing from the main living room window . Told them - no response. Had to tie sheets up across it for privacy. These are brand new apartments but have been made on the cheap. No USB plugs anywhere. Not hard to use due USB and PowerPoint sockets but that would have cost them more.. 2 power points in the kitchenette area .... but 3 appliances to plug in - no room for anything else. Fix these things and it would be a nice place.
