I loved the fact that the staff was always there to communicate with me. We needed a kettle and they got us one the very next day! The cleanliness was impeccable.
The fact that it was too hot to sleep at night without an A/C. There wasn't one anywhere. I asked for fans and they told me that the nights would be cool but they were not! It was still too hot. And they insisted that they would not supply us with fans. We could not switch on the dishwasher and washing machine together because we ended without power supply! Also the beds were not comfortable at all! Not good for 2 couples!
