Location, easy walk into town, good sized living area and good kitchen. Bathroom was clean.
Aesthetic in general was very pleasing. Comfortable stay
Damp mouldy door frame (front door) in the entrance hall. There was a dehumidifier in the laundry area but the smell of damp was pretty bad.
Main Bed was too soft for us.

Property and facilities were excellent.
After 4 nights I was still struggling to work out the downstairs light switches :-)
Key and fob were very difficult to get back in the key safe. (key ring is too big)

The location I know well. Porthleven is a great place for a break with excellent restaurants, etc.
The lack of being able to communicate with the rental company.
The 10.00 am check out time. If you were a familly with young children, then packing needs to be done the day before and this just shortens the holiday by 1 or 2 days.
