We checked out but had to turn back because we were told the cleaners couldn't find the key, which was completely untrue. Since we were rushing for transportation, this was very inconvenient. I recommend anyone staying here to take videos of the room to ensure you get your deposit back and to have proof that the key was placed correctly. Fortunately, we did both. It was very frustrating to be told the cleaners couldn't find the key and they were waiting outside locked out, only to discover this was not the case at all. The cleaners didn’t even know what we were talking about when we returned!
