The location, its cleanliness and the amenities, specifically in the kitchen which is good for those who needs to cook although we didn’t cook during our entire stay as we only needed a place to sleep. Also, it helps to know that the host can be easily contacted in case we needed something. Lastly, we got a very safe parking spot! I would recommend this place to others.
It would be good if there was a tissue box in each room.
Out of the 4 days 3 nights stay (Thursday to Sunday), there was one day, Friday morning were we could hear kids running or playing on the main floor for about 2 hours early in the morning. Otherwise, we liked the place.

Easy access. Was able to park on the driveway.
The hosts responded fast to questions that I had.
The couch is a little wore out, you sink right in.
The fridge is small so prepare for that and don't buy too much
